Management

The management of ECMO Advantage consists of owner Randy Bartilson RN, BSN, RRT.

Randy has extensive experience in extracorporeal support for all ages and disease processes typically supported with ECMO and CRRT.

Randy has also served as an ECMO expert for legal consultation, new program consultation and training, training and consultation for experienced programs and has led advancements in one of the busiest ECMO programs in the United States.

Our Vision

ECMO Advantage is more than just a business.

We hope to fill a void in the ECMO community and to be a tool for the ECMO community to use to communicate and freely share information.

We are committed to providing quality extracorporeal related services including training, consulting, staffing, and equipment availability to enhance your programs ability to provide care.

We will strive to help create a more standardized approach to ECMO.

We hope to spur clinical advances in ECMO support through closer networking with multiple institutions and manufacturers.
